Classes

I travel and teach, it is what I do. I would love to be invited to teach your group.

 1-Retained Heat Cooking Class

I just returned from Mexico where I shared the concept of Retained Heat Cooking.

They got it!!

It was amazing to see their excitement the moment they understood how amazing thermal cooking is.

Join me as I teach principles of this time-proven method of cooking, its techniques, and advantages. Retained heat cooking utilized trapped heat to cook food. Great for busy days, family parties and emergency situations.

This Class is also available in Spanish.

2- Indoor/Outdoor Cooking Methods:

In this class, we discuss why it is important to have more than one cooking method in place when preparing for emergencies. My five favorite cooking methods will be discussed and why they are perfect for any preparedness plan.

3 -Water, Water everywhere and not a drop to drink:

When it comes to preparedness and preparing for emergencies water is vital. It is right at the top of my list.

Survival is not possible without water and good sanitation practices. This class covers important water information including collecting, storing and cleaning.
