The Thermal Cooker is used to facilitate retained heat cooking, cooking food slowly over time.
Made of high quality, 304 - 18/10 surgical stainless steel, the cooker is an insulated thermal unit with a lid that seals shut and a fold up/down handle for easy portability.
The 5.5 L thermal cooker includes 2 stainless steel cooking pots one 5.5 liter which has a heavy duty, triple layered bottoms, designed to be used on Induction or magnetic stoves and it can withstand greater heat without warping. The second pot, a 1.5 liter is a single layer stainless steel. These two inner pots, the 1.5 liter pot nestles inside of the 5.5 liter pot, both of which, after bringing food to a boil, are placed into the thermal unit to retain the heat and finish cooking. Feeds approx. 4-6 people
