The Let's Make Sense of Thermal Cooking Cookbook is at the heart of what I do.
Three years of researching, studying and testing of the thermal cooker went into writing the Let's Make Sense of Thermal Cooking Cookbook.
By understanding the principles involved in thermo cooking, it is then possible to achieve success with many types of retained heat cooking devices, such as a thermos, wonder bag, a cooler with blankets, and even a pot buried in the ground.
Most of the recipes in the Let's Make Sense of Thermal Cooking Cookbook are family favorites which have been adapted to the retained heat cooking method. One of the goals in writing this cookbook is that others can also feel confident in converting their family recipes over to this convenient, thermal cooking method, of cooking.

Thermal cookers are like a big crock pot, cooking food slowly over time. While slow cookers require constant electricity, thermal cooker utilizes heated (boiling) food to complete the cooking process.
